1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to the SSi Digital Associate App. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This is a legally binding contract between you and SSi Digital Network regarding your use of the SSi Digital Associate App.

2. SSi Digital Associate Status

Use of this app is strictly reserved for authorized Associates of the SSi Digital Network. Account creation requires verification. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date business information.
• Ensuring all student data entered complies with local education regulations.

3. Social Media & Content Usage

The AI Marketing features of the SSi Digital Associate App allow you to generate and publish content to Facebook and Instagram. By using these features, you represent that you have the right to publish content on behalf of your business and that such content does not violate Meta's Community Standards. SSi Digital is not responsible for any content published through your integrated accounts.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain premium features require an active membership subscription. Payments are processed securely via Authorized Payment Gateways (Razorpay / PayU).

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, curriculum assets, software logic, and AI prompt engineering within the SSi Digital Associate App are the exclusive property of SSi Digital Network. Associates are granted a limited, revocable license to use these assets for the purpose of promoting and delivering SSi Digital programs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSi Digital Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the SSi Digital Associate App or the performance of your local business operations.
