Trial Period & Refunds
SSi Digital Network provides a comprehensive trial period for all membership tiers. Please note that once the trial period has concluded and the membership is active, no refunds will be processed.
Subscription Cancellation
Associates may choose to cancel their membership renewal at any time through their dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium marketing tools, certifications, and the Associate Locator profile will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Exceptions
Refund requests arising from unauthorized transactions or technical billing errors will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In such instances, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction at support@ssiedu.in.
